Sweet but racy, like an Apollo astronaut’s ’Vette.
- 1 oz Benedictine
- 1/2 oz Italian Vermouth
- 1 dash Spiced Apple bitters
Build over ice in lowball glass and stir. Garnish with candied citrus twist.
